1. Affordable Housing – link to States of Guernsey website about affordable housing, property that is reserved by the government for people who can not afford to rent of buy property on the private market.
2. Extra Care Housing – link to Extra Care Housing which is designed to help people live as independently as possible, with the confidence of being in a safe environment with a flexible, tailored package of care and support offered by trained staff.
3. Guernsey Housing Association – GHA – link to the GHA which offers social rented housing for people on lower incomes whose needs cannot be met in the private housing market, and extra care housing where there is a need for additional support.
4. Nursing Homes – link to States of Guernsey webpage which lists all the extra care housing, residential and nursing homes available within the Bailiwick.
